GCBC, Grand Canyon Beverage Co., is an enterprise on GCU's campus with strong, established branding that offers a large range of beverages plus some food items. Last year, the client introduced Nourish as a brand extension that offers breakfast options like breakfast bowls, protein bowls, avocado toast, breakfast sandwiches, and overnight oats. I stayed close to the existing brand for consistency and incorporated elements from GCBC's logo, as requested by the client.
